Hollywood’s latest train wreck, Amanda Byrnes says she will enter rehab. Maybe.
Bynes, 26, has supposedly committed to doing a 30-day in-patient program at an undisclosed Southern California center and is expected to check in either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.
There are yet other reports saying that Amanda feels she is perfectly OK, that the charges and innuendo are all bogus and that there is no way she is checking into rehab.
It seems that now that her car has been impounded, she can no longer drive around without her license and smoke weed so what’s left for a girl but to do but enter rehab.

Seriously, the former Nickelodeon star has been on a downward spiral. Some are thinking she has REALLY lost it and might be suffering from mental problems. There have been reports of her having conversations with herself as well as speaking to inanimate objects.
She’s had a DUI arrest and was involved in 2 hit and runs.
She has even tweeted to President Obama to plead her case.
Then, either because she’s afflicted with the entitlement curse, just plain stupid, crazy or a combination thereof, she kept right on driving.
TMZ published some photos of her driving (and smoking weed) and finally California cops had enough and impounded her car.
Burbank Airport police officer Victor Gill told People on Sunday,
I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 a.m. Sunday for driving with a suspended license. Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested. I believe she was by herself. This occurred on Hollywood Way, just south of the main entrance to the Bob Hope Airport.
Even without her wheels, she’s still causing problems.
Yesterday, Amanda Bynes was at the Kin store in West Hollywood and holed up in the dressing room for nearly 2 hours.
A clerk was worried and didn’t know if she was doing drugs or having some other kind of issue.
TMZ reports that Amanda was making some type of a banging noise inside the changing room.
She refused to come out saying that she needed ‘more time’.
When she finally came out she did purchase a pair of heels and sunglasses. She nearly walked out of the store with a bathing suit under her dress but did pay for it before leaving.
Amanda Bynes allegedly does not have much parental support further fueling her mental and drug issues. Her uncle, Ronald Bynes, has been speaking out, telling Celebuzz that she, “needs help”.
Lindsay Lohan might be a little jealous that Bynes is getting more attention than her lately and has been complaining on twitter that Bynes hasn’t gone to jail and she has and Bynes is sayng that Lindsay is way worse than she is.
Two druggie starlets fighting although her behavior actually seems more like Britney Spears when she had her meltdown, whereas Lindsay Lohan seems more like just a druggie and a thief who has evil tendencies.
Will Amanda Bynes actually check herself into rehab or keep partying without her wheels?
