Charlie Sheen will donate 1 Million dollars to USO – maybe more!

What great news to hear that Charlie Sheen will donate 1 million dollars to the USO. That’s at the very minimum! It all depends on how much he makes from his new show, Anger Mange,ent.
The United Service Organization (USO) is understandably thrilled at the single largest donation they have ever received. The USO is a nonprofit, non-political organization that is focused on one thing which is lifting the spirits of America’s troops and their families and they have been doing it for 70 years. They have thousands of volunteers and make sure that troops serving in combat, their families, wounded warriors and their families, and families of the fallen receive the support they need.
Although Charlie Sheen will donate 1 Million dollars to USO, that number could climb considerably. It all depends on how well his show does. The thing that is really admirable about his super generous donation is that he did it in such a way that the total could be way, way higher.
Charlie Sheen has said that he will donate a minimum of 1 million. That part is guaranteed. The total donation is acutally1% of his total profits from his new hit series, Anger Management.
He is set to give $250,000 in a private ceremony next week.
Charlie Sheen has had a series of ups and downs and seems to be an upswing. He was very publicly fired from top rated series Two and a Half Men, had a series of bizarre public meltdowns in the public eye. He even tried his hand at a touring show.
He recently quit twitter leaving his nearly 8 million twitter followers wondering why.
And then out of nowhere we hear Charlie Sheen will donate 1 million dollars to the USO.
Charlie Sheen has also been in the news as a possible replacement American Idol judge for one of the spots left vacant by Steve Tyler or Jennifer Lopez.
Whatever the reason the USO and most everyone in the country is grateful that Charlie Sheen will donate 1 million dollars to the USO and it might end up being a lot more.
