Holly Madison leaving Las Vegas home because of dog house
Las Vegas sweetie, Holly Madison, is selling her home because her relationship with the homeowners association has gone to the dogs.
Holly Madison lives with her boyfriend and proud father-to-be, Pasquale Rotella, in a home in Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, and is embroiled in a nasty dispute with the Homeowners Association (HOA) over a large, pink doghouse that she had built.
She thought she did everything by the book and still has issues with the HOA. According to the Las Vegas Weekly, Holly described what actions she took to ensure all was up to spec,
I built this ridiculous, human-sized doghouse behind my house, and when I went over it with my contractor, he consulted the HOA on all their restrictions and whatnot. He told me it has to match the architecture of the house, so I did that with the roof because people would see the roof. It’s possible you could see the roof from the street, but you can’t see any of it from the street, actually.
Still Madison and Rotella are having issues with the HOA and frankly, the mom-to-be just doesn’t need that kind of aggravation so she’s moving.
She said that HOA keeps issuing fines that amount to about a $100 a month and that she has not paid any of the fines and that she keeps “sending them nasty letters.
She intends on selling the Southern Highlands home and moving, bringing the doghouse with her.
Take that HOA!
