Remember Joey Buttafuoco?
Well Buttafuoco always looking to make a buck will pen a book about this past with the “Long Island Lolita” Amy Fisher.
I’ll give you the abbreviated version in case you don’t remember because, after all, I’m originally from New York.
And just in case you don;’t feel like lining his pockets by buying the book!
Joey Buttafuoco was 36 years old, married and owned a body shop in Baldwin Long Island called Complete Auto Body..
He was your “typical” New Yorker, loud yet fun. He got involved with a 16 year old girl named Amy Fisher. Involved like in having sex.

Amy then goes to Buttafuoco’s house May 19, 1992, she was now 17, and shoots his wife, Mary Jo Buttafuoco in the head. Yes, in the head!
Amazingly Mary Jo survives but she was left with problems to this day,
She suffers from facial paralysis, finally divorced her cheating hubby, wrote a book and has a career as a public speaker.
Joey Buttafuoco professed his love for wife, and he did appear to be extremely upset that his wife had been shot.
When the cops started closing in on him, initially he denied he was having an affair and, of course to this day, denied he had anything to do with the shooting of his wife, Mary Jo.
Receipts were found to the hotel that he and Amy were getting it on at and he served like 6 months in jail for statutory rape
He’s got a criminal record (surprise, surprise) that includes soliciting a prostitute, auto insurance fraud and illegal possession of ammunition
Amy Fisher served 7 years in jail and got out in part because Mary Jo, felt sorry for her and helped secure her release. She had changed her name to Elizabeth Bellers but was and is still using Fisher. She’s royally f–ed up, was probably sexually abused by her daddy and does girl on girl sex scenes so her hubby doesn’t get jealous. It was never proven if Joey had anything to do with the shooting but of course he denies it and he’s certainly not going to admit it in his book.
Amy and Joe and two pieces of work and have both embarked on a number of “scammish” things to make money.
They even tried to say they were back together to get publicity while he was married to his second wife.
I highly doubt his book is book will say that he conspired to kill Mary Jo and he’s gonna try to put a different spin on things. His spin
