Amanda Bynes involved in a hit and run.
Well it’s really another hit and run and more specifically it’s a sort of hit and run.
To most people,being involved in a hit and run means someone hit you and then booked. Like someone sideswipes you and takes off or worse yet, they hit you really bad and don’t even stop.
That’s “technically” what most people associate with a hit and run.
In this case, it is alleged that Amanda Bynes stopped, even chitchatted before booking so it’s a sort of hit and run.
A Los Angeles woman, according to TMZ, has filed papers in LA.
This gal named Kisa was driving along in her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley.
She was struck by a woman in a black BMW.
Kisa apparently didn’t recognize Amanda at first because, to quote TMZ, she “looked like a hot mess”.
Once they started talking, she realized it was Amanda Bynes.
This Kisa claims that Bynes didn”t want to exchange insurance info and told her a few times that the damage to her Corolla wasn’t too bad.
Kisa said that’s not true and that her bumper is hanging off – see TMZ pic and she claims Amanda’s car suffered significant damage.
She said that Bynes just got in her car and drove off. and Kisa called Police.
So that’s why we say Amanda Bynes involved in a hit and run – but it’s really a sort of hit and run.
TMZ claims that when Kisa told the cops who just hit her that the officer responded with, “Didn’t she just get a DUI?”
She sure did.
Bynes was arrested on suspicion of DUI on April 6 after side swiping a police car and was also accused of hit and run incidents on May 5 and May 27.
If you remember she tweeted to President Obama to fire the cop after one of her accidents. Her tweet said,
Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.

Back in 2009, she told Cosmo In their January issue,
I used to be known as the girl who was anti the club scene. But I’m finding a balance. I can have a drink and dance if I want. You have to go out to meet people and guys. I’m in that phase where I just want to have fun.
Yeah right.
I think the drugs are maybe frying her brain.
And the funny thing is that she said she doesn’t drink. What a ditz!
Will we see another headline with Amanda Bynes involved in a hit and run or is she gonna chill for a month or so.
Move over Lindsay Lohan – there’s a new train wreck in town and her name is Amanda Bynes.
