First lawsuit against John Travolta dropped
Not surprisingly the First lawsuit against John Travolta has been dropped. Here’s the surprising part. John Doe #1 has hired Gloria Allred. Guess, she can smell that scent on a big payday!
In a nut shell, the First lawsuit against John Travolta claimed that Travolta made a pass at John Doe #1 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 16 while Travolta was getting a ,massage.
Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, had said at the time, ,
”That fact is easily provable since John Travolta was on the east coast working on a movie on the date that anonymous ‘Doe #1′ claims he interacted with our client. After we were able to establish that anonymous ‘Doe #1’s’ claims were totally absurd, the same attorney has now filed a claim on behalf of another plaintiff, whom he identified as ‘Doe #2.’ Significantly, although the same attorney made the fabricated claim for Doe #1, there was never any claim made by anonymous Doe #2 before he filed his specious lawsuit.”
Okorie Okorocha, responding to speculation that he dropped John Doe #1, told PEOPLE, “Let’s just say we had differences in opinion of how to handle the case and decided to part ways”
Seems that Marty Singer is right and can pat himself on the back – for now.
The case of John Doe #2 might be handled quietly. Okorocha has been waffling on whether he will go for a “private trial” or settle in arbitration.
