Ted Nugent evolves from Rocker to Special Deputy
Ted Nugent evolves from Rocker to Special Deputy and then some!
Ted Nugent almost as famous as his alleged threats against president Obama as he is for the all time great rock classic, “Cat Scratch Fever” is in the news again. After he was investigated by the secret service for his statement, “If Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year,” Nugent has continued to be an outspoken and, at times, explosive force.
When CBS interviewer Jeff Glor noted that Nugent is “not moderate” Nugent let loose.
“Or [expletive] you,” he yelled at a CBS producer sitting off-camera. “How’s that sound?”
Nugent did call the CBS crew, after the interview, to apologize for the outburst, saying his wife told him he was out of line. Nugent said he was rushed to the hospital shortly after the interview to have a kidney stone removed, which may have contributed to his short temper, Glor said Friday morning on “This Morning.”
He’s a card carrying NRA member, a special deputy to Arizona’ Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and a rock legend. What’s in store next for Nugent?
