‘ive been been watching, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” and have to admit that he family is a trip.
Wasn’t too sure if the show would make it. Still not.
You have to admit that Honey Boo Boo is pretty cute – she kind of grows on you and it was nice finally to see her win a Queen title in the Rock Star pageant,
We’ve seen Honey Boo Boo (Alana) get a pet pig and have to give it back, we’ve seen her cry when she doesn’t win at a beauty pageant but we also see that she is a little girl who is simply a product of her environment and she has a mother who wants better things for her.
What likely makes the show work is the entire family – they are such a trip!
Mama June Shannon, Sugar Bear and all the other girls fathers all have arrest records and they lead lives that most of us just do not. At least not where I am from!
The one thing that is evident is how much Honey Boo Boo loves her Mama n o matter what.
Sure she’s a bit crude and you never know what going to come out of that mouth but she sure is cute.
The most recent episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo has the family weighing in with June losing 1.6 pounds and as she says, it’s a start. (note I thought when you were heavier that it is easier to lose weight at the onset)
The family enjoyed some time at a water park and just I braved myself to look at June’s “Forklift foot”, the broke to a commercial.

After they break, they showed her foot and I have to admit, it was not pretty sight but not as bad I thought it would be.
Maybe now that the family is making some money, she can get some plastic surgery on that foot.
The other surprising is that June does some physical things you usually do not associate with such a large woman such as going down the mega water slide and riding the 4 wheelers
When Honey Boo Boo won her Queen title she was eagerly awaiting to find out if she would win the Grand Supreme. Now not being a mother or a pageant person, I thought that once you win a title, you are OUT but she and her family didn’t seem to get that.
