Perhaps he should give it a rest with the whole sex tape biz. Now Hulk Hogan sues best friend and Gawker over sex tape.
Enough already!
Apparently the Hulk Hogan had no idea who filmed him having sex with his best friend’s wife – – – but his best friend set it up.
How could you have no idea? Duh!
Hulk and Linda Hogan were married, but separated, at the time he was banging his best friend’s wife.
Bubba “The Love Sponge” Clem, now likely his ex-friend, set the whole deal up because he was separated from his wife Heather and apparently Hulk Hogan had wanted to sleep with Heather Clem for some time. Being the good friend he was, Bubba set it up.
So Hulk had no idea how he was filmed and was freaking out.
It appears that Bubba was at the house but we don’t know if it was with or without Hulk Hogan’s knowledge.
How do we know this?
Well, according to TMZ, after Hulk Hogan had sex with Heather and left the room, Bubba is heard on the tape saying to his wife, “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage”
So was Bubba watching with everyone’s consent, in another room or hiding in a closet or under the bed?
Regardless of where Bubba was, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out who secretly, or perhaps not so secretly, recorded him.
Now Hulk is crying “foul” and, according to ABC News, his attorney Charles Harder said,
Mr. Hogan had a reasonable expectation of his privacy, just as all Americans have a reasonable expectation of their privacy in their bedrooms
Bubba is saying, though his attorney, that he didn’t release the tape and is hoping he and Hulk can preserve their friendship.
Hulk Hogan is also suing Gawker for $100 million in damages because they posted the video.
Seems ridiculous and Hulk Hogan should let go already!
