Michael Jackson’s will is fake according to siblings Tito, Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie Jackson.
They are yet again upset that Michael Jackson cut them out of his will leaving them NOTHING. Upset the gravy train they have been riding for years has ended. If you remember Jermaine was mooching of his late brother and lived with mommy Katherine at her estate in Encino, CA. He lived there and so did his ex-wife and their children!
Katherine moved, renovated the old estate and it’s up for sale. Michael Jackson was very clear in his wishes. The beneficiaries of the Michael Jackson Family Trust are limited to his children and mother Katherine. Period.
So now the cut off and cut out sibling got together and write a letter to the Lawyers in charge, John Branca and John McClain, demanding that they resign. they are saying that Michael Jackson’s will is fak.
Our brother told us, in no uncertain terms and without hesitation in the months prior to his death, that he despised both of you and he did not want either of you to have anything to do with his life or estate for that matter
Yeah right! Notice that LaToya didn’t sign the letter. Good for her. Jackie and Marlon didn’t sign it either. It was Tito, Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie Jackson.
However, a statement sent to E! News from estate spokesman Jim Bates dismisses such a claim.
Any doubts about the validity of Michael’s will and his selection of executors were thoroughly and completely debunked two years ago when a challenge was rejected by the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the California Court of Appeals and, finally, the California Supreme Court,” reads the statement, which reiterates that the only family members named in the will were Michael’s mother and his three children.
The bitter cut-out Jackson sibling are even alleging that the supposed mini stroke that Katherine had was brought on by stress from the estate lawyers.
Paris Jackson is not taking the feud lightly. She lashed out at Randy Jackson, “I don’t appreciate you telling everyone things that aren’t true. Maybe he should have respect for his mother.” but later deleted the tweet.
She also tweeted,

Sounds like the Jackson siblings are just bitter and now are alleging that Michael Jackson’s will is fake.
