Mike The Situation Sorrentino gets big payout for doing nothing
Sometimes you see things in the news that just make you say, “It ain’t fair”. This is one of those cases as Mike The Situation Sorrentino gets big payout for nothing. Yup, for doing absolutely nothing.
The pill poppin”, out of rehab Jersey Shore Star, had a deal lined up with Performance Brands, a Flordia company that bills themselves as making the finest Skin Fitness & Tanning Products.
They sued The Situation saying that he signed a deal with them back in September, 2011 to be the spokesperson for a new anti-fat cream and they gave him a $75,000 advance.
His so called “job” was to promote the product via social medial and make a few token appearances.
Well, as you know, Mike Sorrentino went to rehab so he did not keep up his part of the deal and he had already taken the $75,000 advance so he was sued.

Naturally they wanted their money back since he did ot fulfil his part of the deal.
That certainly seems to be a most reasonable request right?
Well, he countersued saying he didn’t get the free stuff he was promised and he didn’t get the marketing plan on time and blah, blah, blah the money is mine.
Reminds you of Mary Blidge doesn’t it? Her charity steals a boatload of money amd she says well the stupid bank shouldn’t have loaned us the money so it’s not our fault.
Anyway, Performance Brands and Sorrentino have both agreed to drop their lawsuits, according to TMZ and Performance brands has paid The Situation a good sum of money to boot.
So, Mike The Situation Sorrentino gets big payout for doing nothing, probably in total right about $100 grand.
Quite sickening, isn’t it?
Money begets money.
