The Sam Lufti vs Britney Spears trial has arrived.
Remember Sam Lufti? He claims he was Britney Spears manager, during the time that Spears had her meltdown when she was driving around aimlessly, attacking people with umbrellas as well as being involved in a number of fender benders.
Who can forget when she shaved her head!

The Sam Lufti and Britney Spears days ended when Britney was placed on a 5150 hold, ultimately resulting in Britney Spears being placed under conservatorship, with her father as conservator, that is in effect to this day
Sam Lufti had made a filing at the end of August in LA County Superior Court because he wants Britney Spears’ conservators to make her available as a witness in the case.
Of course Britney’s camp is vehemently opposed to that.
In the Sam Lufti vs Britney Spears case, Lufti feels that she should testify because she “appears” competent. In a sense he makes a good point. She seems to be able to put together her own sentences on the X factor.
But there may be more than meets the eye.

Britney Spears’ manager and fiancée as well as caretaker Jason Traywick is very involved in taking care of the starlet. It appears that as part of the package deal for Spears to be a judge on the X Factor, Jason Traywick had to be guaranteed a job on the show so they created a job for him as a “producer”.
Traywick sits next to Spears during interviews.
And recently a statement was released about Britney’s cell phone and internet monitoring,
Britney’s cell phone and internet use is restricted and heavily monitored, and this is done for her protection. Britney’s father, Jamie, and her fiance, Jason, want to make sure that her former manager, Sam Lutfi, isn’t able to contact her. Britney and Jason essentially share a cell phone, and it’s routinely checked to see who has been calling. Furthermore, the cell phones have been programmed to block calls from phone numbers associated with Lutfi. Brit’s computer usage is also restricted in the sense that certain websites are blocked. Her family doesn’t want Britney reading negative stories that would upset her. Again, this is all done with love and for her well-being.
The Sam Lufti vs Britney Spears trial Is now underway. Jury selection started on Friday and will continue through next week.
Lufti is seeking millions of dollars from Spears and her family.
He believes he is entitled to a portion of Spears profits, saying that he was one of the key players in her 2007 album “Blackout and is also suing for defamation regarding the book that Britney Spears mother Lynn wrote.
Britney’s family is convinced that Sam Lufti tried to isolate her from her family and that he drugged her.
He says none of that is true and that he was only trying to help.
