TMZ first reported that sticky fingers Lindsay let two friends into the house and cops think when they left they took the goods so they think she may have been in on the heist.

Although the police have allegedly said she is a “person of interest” somehow Daddy Michael Lohan who has had an off again on again relationship with his evil spawn, has gotten in on the act and now the homeowner has dropped the charges.
He has recanted his story, according to TMZ and written a letter to cops saying nothing was stolen
So first the stuff was stolen and now it’s not.
And the homeowner even wrote a big old letter saying duh, I made a mistake.
Yeah right!
Uh-huh.
How fishy does that sound?
It is possible that Lindsay Lohan was not involved but really how realistic is it to believe that.
What could have happened?
Perhaps Daddy Lohan somehow intervened and convince the guy to recant?
