Tony Parker files ridiculous lawsuit against NYC club.  By now, you all know that Chris Brown and Drake got into it last week allegedly over who’s doing Rihanna.  Things then got pretty crazy and now, people all over the place are coming out of the woodwork suing.

One of those people is Tony Parker. Basically, Eva Longoria‘s ex, is saying that the W.i.P. Club in NYC should not have let Drake and Chris Brown into the club at the same time because of “bad blood between Drake and Brown”

The “Helen of Troy” reference apparently refers to Rihanna.  Here’s what Tony Parker’s lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, had to say,

The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two,” the suit reads. “She been known, like Helen of Troy, to cause trouble.

Is he serious? Dude really needs a wake-up call.

Tony Parker himself says he was, “with my friend Chris Brown” when the trouble started.

Now he’s got a high priced lawyer and Tony Parker files ridiculous lawsuit for 20 Million Dollars.  He’s also trying to distance himself from the whole deal.  I can’t help but wonder if some of these celebrities just become “sue-happy” because they made it big and now have the cash to do so or if they are just seeking attention?  Perhaps some, such as Parker,  live in such a complete and utter fantasy world that they really have no clue?

Can you really expect a nightclub to keep track of the personal beefs that people have and decide who gets in on what night.  Should they have a doorman, pen and pad in hand,  who would say, “Oh you can’t come in tonight because so and so is here. Come back tomorrow?”

That is just so utterly crazy.  We are not in a communist country.  Should there be dossiers on everyone that the night clubs have access to? Of course not, we are in America.  How the heck could a night spot even enforce such a ridiculous mandate?  Would it only be for celebrities in the news?  It couldn’t be for private citizens because how the hell would the club know they have a beef in the first place!  What if their beef wasn’t made public and yet they still got in to a fight – would the club still be responsible? You see where I am going, this is just not enforceable.

If Tony Parker is truly hurt, he should get his NBA ass to a Doctor and pay for it himself and stop trying to place the blame on the others. Hey and here’s a thought –   don’t hang out with Chris Brown!

Tony Parker may make it into the Entitlement Curse inductees.
