Wynonna Judd’s husband Michael Scott ‘Cactus’ Moser loses leg
Sad news for Wynonna Judd as her hubby Cactus loses his leg after being involved in a motorcycle crash. They were both riding separately when he allegedly veered across the center of the road and collided with an oncoming car
The first update said,
Wynonna Judd has postponed her scheduled concerts in Canada next week due to a serious motorcycle accident involving her husband and drummer, Michael Scott “Cactus” Moser.
Moser and Judd went for a ride together on separate bikes before her scheduled concert in Deadwood, SD yesterday. Moser collided with an oncoming vehicle and was transported to a local hospital. He is being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Wynonna was not involved in the accident.
“The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and I. Cactus is a champion. I love him deeply and I will not leave his side,” said Wynonna. They were married this past June in Tennessee.

Further details regarding the motorcycle accident involving Wynonna Judd’s husband and drummer, Michael Scott “Cactus” Moser, have been made available. Moser’s left leg was severed at the scene of the accident and doctors in Rapid City, SD amputated the leg above the knee. He has also undergone surgery to his hand. Judd and Moser appreciate all of the quick medical and police responders as well as the hospital staff and well-wishes from family, friends and fans.
Even during the most difficult of times, Wynonna and team were gracious enough to keep fans apprised of Cactus stats.
Wynonna cancelled some Canadian concert dates so that she could remain be her husbands side.
Fortunately there is so much advanced medical technology and they are in a position to be able to afford it (unlike many others) so hopefully he will able to be walking around and almost as good as new soon.
