There’s trouble brewing for the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills“.
Dr. Paul Nassif, Adrienne Maloof’s hubby files for separation, to become legally separated from the RHOBH star and wealthy sister of the Maloof brothers.
The couple argued a lot which we all saw on the show. A family friend even told Us Weekly. “They fight constantly.
So I guess the separation filing is really not that big of a surprise.
Rumors have been abound that they would separate although we didn’t know if it would be Adrienne doing the filing.
Dr. Nassif , Adrienne Maloof’s hubby files for separation and filed the documents just this morning at the LA County Superior Court.
In his petition, he wants join physical and legal custody of the children and he also wants each party to pay their own attorney fees.
They couple married in 2002 and have 3 sons Gavin and twins Colin and Christian. It appears that there is a prenup in place. No word on an actual divorce yet just a separation for now.
Dr. Nassif , in a statement to TMZ, said
The welfare of our children is my primary focus as Adrienne and I work through this difficult time. I want the best for her and our children and I hope that everyone can respect our privacy away from the cameras..
Adrienne Maloof has commented too. She told RadarOnline that she is “so sorry that this is happening but my children are my life and sometimes we need to do what’s best for them,”
As far as Dr. Nassif wanting privacy, it ain’t gonna happen.
Hey you know what Doc – sorry pal but you do not get to pick and choose. You ‘re on a TV show for heavens sake. And who can forget Dr 90210.
You are an amazing plastic surgeon – shoot- wish I could afford you – and by all accounts you’re a pretty nice guy.
Nevertheless, you choose to be in the public eye. If you wanted your life to be private one, then youdon’t appear on a TV show. That’s the way it goes. You a bright plastic surgeon; you should be able to figure that out!
I wouldn’t be crying for the duo just yet. First off it’s only a separation so they may reconcile. If the separation culminates in a divorce, they are both worth a friggin’ fortune and they and their kids will survive just fine.
