Fresh off being named #1 on Forbes Celebrity 100 list, credible rumors are circulating about Jennifer Lopez leaving American Idol
In truth, rumors of Jennifer Lopez leaving America Idol have been around for months. She had even considered not staying on last season. Lopez herself half confirmed the rumors on The Ellen Show when asked if she would stick around for a third season. She said, “I don’t know if I can go for a third year. I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down.”
The women has been a very, VERY busy lady and agreeing to be on American Idol really gave Jennifer Lopez’ sagging career a huge boost. It was likely written in to her contract that she gets to unveil her songs and perform on American Idol which certainly helped to further her reach.
She really got her second chance and is maximizing it for all it’s worth. She’s everywhere, commercials, tours and even appearing with her ex husband,
But you know what – Jlo is a really good judge. First of all, she looks great. More importantly she has a nice way about her. Whether it is fake or not – who knows – but it seems very genuine. She tries to give good critiques that will actually help the American Idol hopefuls and seems to bask in the role as a mentor.
Lopez also seems to be the one to sort of bridge the gap between the judges and brought back some of the fun to the show.
The said thing is just when many people started the watching the show again, the show is likely going to lose both Steve Tyler and Randy Jackson.
Wonder what the new American Idol will be like.
I guess the $52 million dollar a year woman want to be free. Can’t blame her.
