Roy Horn of Siegfried and Roy disturbing video surfaces
Roy Horn, part of what what once known as half of the iconic Siegfried and Roy is facing serious sexual assault allegations.
Siegfried and Roy, known in Las Vegas as S & R, had a very successful show at The Mirage Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
The show ended after Roy was attacked by one of his white tigers in 2003. After, numerous surgeries and a long recuperation, Roy still requires “round the clock” care. His long time partner, Siegfried Fischbacher, the other half of the German born duo, has been by his side throughout the ordeal and ensures Roy is well cared for.
The caretakers, 4 as of this moment, say that they are the recipients of unwanted groping of their private parts and they have the video to prove it. TMZ says they have seen the video, which shows Roy grabbing their private parts and forcibly kissing the attendants, who are all straight men.
Roy wants the tape back. Stat. He says the men signed a confidentiality agreement. The men have retained a Las Vegas lawyer, Andrew Rempher to duke it out in court.
Here’s the kicker, their lawyer has said that “he never wanted this case to be in the public eye, but after TMZ reported that a video was up for sale, the entertainment website stated that Horn’s legal team demanded the video be turned over”
Huh? So did the men show the video to TMZ before retaining legal counsel? Otherwise, how the heck did TMZ obtain the tape! Someone had to give it to them. If Rempher was retained first, the statement seems ridiculous.
I’d say, it was the men since it was rumored that they originally attempted to file a report with the police department and it was allegedly past the statue of limitations for that type of offense.
